EVY Technology joins as Official Sun Protection Partner, bringing its long-wear mousse to the fleet and a sun-safety campaign to the shore.

EVY Technology, the Swedish-born sun protection and skincare innovator, has been appointed Official Sun Protection Partner of the 2027 Hong Kong Dragon World Championship, racing from 21 to 29 November 2026.

Sailing places distinctive demands on skin health. Full days on the water can involve prolonged direct sun exposure, reflected UV, wind, salt water and constant movement, all of which can affect both comfort and skin recovery. Through EVY’s Melanoma Awareness Defence campaign, the partnership will provide the fleet with high-performance sun protection and post-exposure recovery support. Alongside product support, the campaign will promote education and awareness around sun safety and skin cancer prevention in water sports, keeping prevention messaging clearly within an awareness and education context.
